The two-year ASPIRE Programme is open to graduates of all degree backgrounds and is tailored to allow you to explore both our business and your own talents. We’ll challenge and stretch you, but it’s up to you to make the most of this intensive learning opportunity. Whilst you’ll start the programme in your chosen destination department, you’ll also have the opportunity to rotate around every area of our business in the first year, giving you the chance to show us what you can do and find out where your talents fit best. We want to develop leaders of the future, so to help you on your way you'll have a personal coach, and dedicated mentoring from a Managing Director or Operations Director. There’s also plenty of support to study for professional qualifications awarded by industry bodies such as RICS, RTPI, CIOB, CIMA and ACA that will be recognised wherever you go in your career.

How will I develop?

If you’re a graduate based in one of our divisions, you’ll start by joining your chosen discipline for two months in order to meet the team, settle into the business and start contributing to meaningful work. From there, you’ll complete a further five two-month placements in each of our departments, designed to give an all-round insight into our business. If you’re a group support graduate you’ll follow a slightly different route, depending on your chosen function. Following your rotations you’ll re-join your original team to specialise in your chosen area during your second year on the programme, where the projects are longer, the challenges greater, the experience more focused and intense. Here, you might decide to start the accreditation process through RICS, RTPI, CIOB, CIMA or ACA, depending on your chosen discipline.

An additional element of the programme will involve working as a graduate group to develop ideas, then plan, organise and implement a variety of events to raise money for charity as well as create a legacy for the business and industry as a whole.

Throughout the two years, development modules will focus on leadership and project management skills to help you make an impact right away. It’s challenging, but with the support of a network of current and previous graduates, as well as your coach and mentor, we will help you achieve your potential. You’ll leave the programme with the leadership skills and technical understanding to be a successful future leader of our business.
