What kind of work do we do here?
There is an increasing focus on dual-branded sites in the region as Barratt and David Wilson divisions work more closely together on larger projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on ground-breaking developments. Typically, we focus on two to six bedroom homes, with David Wilson tending to build the larger homes. This offers a great choice for customers in terms of brand and house type and exciting variety for you to hone your skills.
Due to the range of brands, home types and developments it is difficult to categorise customers in the East Midlands. You’ll get to work with almost every kind of customer Barratt sells homes to and continually work on different kinds of projects. This diversity across the region is an interesting challenge and will give you valuable experience for building your career.
