Intro

What kind of work do we do here?

We build a mix of homes in the West Midlands because of the variety of different developments and locations. That includes one-bed apartments for students/professionals, larger houses for families and everything in between. Due to the area’s industrial heritage, many of our developments are old industrial sites where we are regenerating the area for future use. We also build new developments on completely brand new sites that provide a different challenge to our regeneration and the opportunity to create truly special communities.

There are a great variety of customers in the West Midlands due to the range of different opportunities available. For David Wilson, families are a key part of our customer base but we also build for first-time buyers. Our apartments in central locations appeal to young professionals while our communities of houses appeal to families looking for a long-term home.
