Intro

From smart city flats to family houses, Barratt build homes for everyone and you’ll have just as much choice when it comes to finding a home for your talents and ambitions.

Whatever we build, we build to last. So during your programme you can expect to gain valuable skills that will help you develop a long and successful career. Housebuilding is our business but there’s far more to building houses than you think. We’re a FTSE-100 company with an industry-leading commercial operation so whatever your skills, our programmes will help you develop them and give you a unique opportunity to put them to the test.

As a new graduate, you can choose between a range of one-year and two-year training programmes across everything we do. You’ll gain broad business exposure and have the opportunity to learn through working in real roles. Development is a priority for everyone at Barratt, and for you that means special attention on how you can achieve your potential. You’ll have structured training to meet your professional development needs, the chance to build connections across our business, and personal mentoring from one of our Directors.

Many of our ex-graduates are in high-flying roles today including Finance Director, Commercial Director, Sustainability and Innovation Manager, Senior Land Manager and Group Resourcing Manager. You can build a great career at Barratt, but the skills you'll learn here are a great foundation for a career in any business.
