What kind of work do we do here?
We are based in Kent and build detached and semi-detached houses under the Barratt and David Wilson Homes brands. We also build a small number of apartments each year. Barratt and David Wilson have a strong presence in the South Coast with developments across Dorset, Hampshire, West Sussex, and the Isle of Wight. These range from one and two bedroom apartments on the Isle of Wight to two to five bedroom homes in Hampshire and West Sussex.
Kent is a diverse county and so appeals to a huge variety of customers. Kent’s fantastic transport and the great schools appeal to customers purchasing family homes. The emergence of newly created towns such as Ebbsfleet is an exciting opportunity for us to build for working professionals. The area continues to grow meaning there’s no shortage of exciting projects to get involved with.
