Intro

What kind of work do we do here?

One of our largest areas, the Home Counties is split into four divisional offices; Watford, Newbury, Guilford and Chelmsford, with sites being developed by both Barratt and David Wilson. The regional developments reflect the diversity of the people in the local areas with varying sizes, costs and designs. We have many first-time buyers, especially since the introduction of Help to Buy. Due to the broad product range available, these may be single people, couples or young families.

In addition, many families already on the property ladder often upsize their homes and buy with us. The region also attracts retiring experienced professionals to sites such as the luxury homes and apartments at Newbury Racecourse. You will get opportunities to work on all kinds of housing and get insight into the full range of work on offer in housebuilding.
