What kind of work do we do here?
We work on a range of properties in the North East but a lot of our work is building homes for families. These include starter homes aimed at young families and more generous properties for larger households. We also work on affordable housing that includes private and social properties and often have several specialist developments such as The Rise underway meaning you’ll be exposed to a variety of different projects. The North East is a large area, meaning there’s a range of different buyers but you will most commonly be building for first-time buyers, young professionals and young families and helping them get on the property ladder for the first time.
